Greetings from Samagra Foundation! We are conducting Ganesha Art festival in which there are three competitions:

1.Drawing competition

2.Eco-friendly Decorum competition

3.Eco-friendly Idol of Ganesha

Registration dates – 23rd August – 1 st September,2020

Submission dates- Deadline is 1 st September 2020

Entry fee -20 Rs/participant (All amount collected will be used for social cause)

1. Ganesha Drawing Competition

• This Competition is only for school students up to age of 15
• All types of drawing will be accepted i.e. crayons, watercolor etc.
• Submit your entry in file upload option in the google form of submission
• Make sure you will fill all correct details before submitting google form.

2. Eco-friendly Decorum Competition

• The decoration must be eco-friendly
• A concept-based theme will be appreciated
• Using of plastic material or things which are harmful for environment, this kind of entry will be rejected
• You have to click photos of decoration and submit it into file upload option in Google form

3. Eco-Friendly Idol of Ganesha

• The idol should be made using of eco-friendly materials only

 Please find attached the guidelines for the Ganesha Art festival. Kindly note the following pointers:

1. Deadline: 03/09/2020 (11:59 pm)
2. All formats are acceptable: JPG/PNG/PDF
3. Kindly go through all the instructions mentioned in the PDF attached in the mail you will receive after registration. Submit before September 3rd (11:59 pm).
4. If, you have taken part in multiple categories, then fill up above Google Form separately for each category.
5. The responses submitted post the deadline will not be entertained.
6. Any wrong / fake entry will not be considered for evaluation.
7. Check all the data you have entered & attached file is correct & proper in the Google Form before submitting Google Form.
