How We Help Youth Dropouts Return to the Workforce
Restoring Hope, Rebuilding Futures
In India, millions of youth leave school due to poverty, family pressure, or lack of guidance—only to find themselves stuck in a cycle of unemployment, low self-esteem, and limited opportunities. At Samagra Foundation, we believe dropping out is not the end—it’s a new beginning.
Through our skill development programmes, digital learning platforms, and placement support, we’re enabling youth who left formal education to re-enter the workforce with confidence and dignity.
๐ The Problem We’re Solving
According to recent government estimates, over 62 million youth in India are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). Many of them come from marginalized backgrounds—urban slums, tribal areas, or conflict-ridden households.
These youth often lack:
- Access to vocational education
- Mentorship and career counseling
- Confidence and soft skills
- Supportive work environments
Without targeted intervention, they remain excluded from the formal economy—and society at large.
