Donations made to Samagra Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.

2. Exception Cases

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate transactions
• Technical errors

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Recurring Donations

Donors can cancel recurring donations (autopay) anytime via:

• Razorpay subscription link
• Email request to our support team

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
