Along with fieldwork making farmers more informative and responsive to hindrances and clearing or solving them well, they also have the opportunity to learn more; Because the more time they spend in their profession, the more they get to learn.
A farmer entrepreneur solve a hindrance during work :
When a crisis or any hindrance arises, due to a lot of experience and being knowledgeable in the field of their work, they think about ways of minimizing the damages for example, if the crops got caught by fire, how can they make a way to stop it from spreading to the other parts of the field or what kind of crop they need to cut as per the need of the time. Experience is needed in these kind of situations, which a farmer, after gaining work knowledge, can perform.
